Jason Dawson

Jason Dawson is General Manager - Community Relations at the Northland Regional Council and manages the Council’s website, intranet and social media channels. He is also on the Executive Board for the Association of Local Government Information Management (ALGIM), co-convenes its annual Web Symposium, oversees an annual audit and survey of NZ local government websites and is Participation Coach for online groups WebCouncil and CommsCouncil. Jason has a passion for digital engagement and is a tireless champion for ensuring the New Zealand local government sector develop, lead and learn from each other.
