Internet advertising, search engines, email marketing and mobile marketing campaigns.

• How to differentiate and develop a digital strategy from digital tactics
• Relevant issues in the process of digital communications from brief to success
• The role of different areas of digital communications (social media, search, display advertising, sites, etc) in the creation of your strategy
• Who the relevant service providers in each area of digital specialisation are
• The tools, methodologies and practices needed to understand the dynamics of digital communications
• How to apply the content of the workshop to local government and the public sector
